About John
I spent the first part of my career navigating high-paced corporate environments where I specialized in business intelligence, data operations, and leadership. At Goldman Sachs, I led projects and initiatives for global stakeholders to streamline processes, create efficiencies, and manage risk. This is where I learned the tricks for getting promoted quickly in a company with a seemingly fixed promotional ladder. I also developed a powerful negotiation strategy that helped me secure bigger salaries and bigger bonuses.
After spending half a decade at Goldman Sachs, I transitioned to lead a team at Addepar, a Silicon Valley based financial tech company. In this role I developed a comprehensive employee engagement framework that empowered my team to achieve peak performance and operate at a more efficient level.
It was then that I recognized in myself a passion for guiding professionals to unlock their full potential. I pivoted to become a full-time career strategist. I've had the privilege of coaching senior leaders and executives to operate at their peak performance, transforming their lives and careers.
